A new technological development arrived in Miami, United States. It is a butler robot that will work together with the employees of a new real estate development in that area and that will offer a different service to its visitors and residents.
The butler will have the capacity to deliver deliveries to 231 residences and 222 rooms of the YotelPad, a mixed-use apartment complex (visitors and residents), a housing model that is becoming common in Miami and will be ready in 2020.
Two of the robots that will be put to the public will be available to residents and one more to serve hotel guests.
"We are the only sales development in the country that is offering the amenity of this robot. With this amenity, we attract young professionals, domestic and international buyers looking to live and invest in our brand, "said Peggy Fucci, president of One World Properties, the project's real estate agent.
The robots are designed to be mounted on elevators and are capable of making orders up to 77 pounds as drinks, food, gifts, documents and other necessities.
"These 'mayordomos' are programmed to speak several languages, they will be able to walk through the lobby, interact with visitors and guests, play music and give away sweets, all of which will offer a different and novel service," said Yan Paoli Sanchez, representative of One. World Properties.
YotelPad Miami will be located minutes from the Miami airport. Other sites of interest close to this development with the Port of Miami, South Beach, Brickell City Center and Wynwood.
